1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email or Whatsapp confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier link via email or Whatsapp.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns in India.

  • Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer or be unavailable.

  • International shipping may be subject to customs duties or import taxes (borne by the customer).

5. Lost Shipments

For lost or missing shipments confirmed by the courier, we will:

  • Reship your order at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, based on your preference.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos or videos of the package and contents.

  2. Email or Whatsapp us within 48 hours of delivery.
    We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries.

  • If the package is returned to us, you may need to pay reshipping charges.
