1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer or be unavailable.

Take photos or videos of the package and contents.
Email or Whatsapp us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries.
If the package is returned to us, you may need to pay reshipping charges.
